l4444 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority

Gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. l4444 is committed to helping you set the right limits and enjoy entertainment in a healthy way.

Our Commitment

Play Mindfully, Enjoy Safely

l4444 believes that online betting and casino gaming should be an entertaining experience — just like watching a cricket match or spending time with friends. But like any form of entertainment, staying within the right limits is important.

We understand that the pull of gaming can sometimes become a little too strong. That is why we provide every player with practical tools and support that enable you to manage your own gaming. On this page you will find out how l4444 stands by you, which tools will be useful to you, and where to get help when needed.

Please remember — l4444 is for those aged 21 and above only. This is a firm policy of ours.

Protection Tools

The Controls in Your Hands

l4444 gives you complete control over your gaming — from financial limits to a full break.

Deposit Limits

Set in advance how much you will deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period; reducing one is instant.

Time-Out Feature

Need a break for a few days? Activating a time-out will temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from one day up to several weeks. Logging in and placing bets will be completely disabled during this time.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose self-exclusion. This is a long-term account suspension — from a minimum of six months up to permanent. Activating this measure will also stop all promotional communications.

Session Time Limits

Keep track of how long you play in one sitting. Once a set amount of time has passed, the system will send you a reminder. Long sessions can reduce focus and judgment — so taking a break is the wise choice.

Loss Limit

If your losses exceed a set amount, your account will be automatically prevented from placing further bets. This is an important layer of financial protection — especially for those who want to play within a fixed budget.

24/7 Support Team

If you have any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, get in touch with our support team. We provide assistance in both Bengali and English via live chat and email — seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

Warning Signs

Some Signs of Problem Gaming

Online betting is a wholesome form of entertainment for most people. However, for some it can develop into a problem. If you recognise any of the signs below in yourself or someone close to you, seek help in time.

Things to Watch Out For

Repeatedly trying to play to win back money that was lost
Feeling unable to stop gaming
Hiding the extent of your gaming from family or friends
Betting with money meant for household expenses or debt repayment
Gaming affecting your sleep, work, or studies
Focusing on gaming to escape stress or depression
Thinking of betting as a way to solve financial problems

If you notice any one of these signs in yourself, please take a break from playing and contact our support team.

Principles of Healthy Gaming

Habits that keep gaming enjoyable

Set a fixed budget before you play — only spend what you can afford to lose without it affecting your household.
See gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
Take regular breaks instead of playing continuously beyond a set time.
Avoid betting when you are stressed or feeling low.
Do not make gaming decisions under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
Keep your deposit limits and session timers active.
Talk openly with your family about your gaming habits.
If you lose, stop without getting discouraged — you can always start fresh another day.
